Employees of the Azret Sultan National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve took part in the event and organized a special exhibition dedicated to the life and creative and scholarly legacy of Uzbekali Zhanibekov. The exhibition featured historical and educational literature, photographs, archival materials, as well as the public figure’s works related to the culture and history of the country. The exhibition provided participants with valuable insights into the multifaceted work of Uzbekali Zhanibekov and his outstanding contribution to the preservation and revival of Kazakhstan’s national heritage.
The commemorative evening was opened by Serim Aiganym Abankyzy, Honorary Citizen of the Education Sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Excellence in Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, recipient of the Ybyrai Altynsarin badge, and Chairperson of the Council of Grandmothers of Turkistan, and Bayan Sadykovna Adyrbekova, recipient of the “Qurmet” Order, Candidate of Historical Sciences and Honorary Citizen of Turkistan. In their opening remarks, they highlighted Uzbekali Zhanibekov’s outstanding contribution to the revival of national culture and historical heritage, emphasizing the importance of preserving the memory of his service to the country and passing his life example on to the younger generation.
During the evening, particular attention was paid to promoting national values and introducing young people to the exemplary lives of prominent historical figures. Educational presentations, literary readings and cultural activities were organized for young readers. Through dedicated poetry performances, the young participants expressed their respect for Uzbekali Zhanibekov and highlighted his significant contribution to the development of national cultural and spiritual heritage.
Uzbekali Zhanibekov was an outstanding figure who devoted his life to reviving national culture and historical consciousness and made a significant contribution to the spiritual development of the country. His exemplary life and lifelong service to his people remain an important source of inspiration and a valuable lesson for younger generations.
