Eligibility: Preschoolers, students in grades 1-9, parents, and educators.
Registration: Young readers are registered based on a letter of guarantee from parents or guardians. Annual re-registration is required.
Loan Period: Books are issued for home use for 10-15 days. Reference materials, rare, and valuable books are for in-library use only.
