Goals and Objectives

Library Structure (8 Departments, 1 Sector)

  1. Information and Bibliography Department: The key "bridge" between the reader and information, providing reference services and cataloging.

  2. Acquisition and Processing Department: A strategic hub responsible for systematic collection development and scientific organization.

  3. Library Process Automation Department: Responsible for digital transformation, including the Irbis system, RFID technologies, and collection digitization.

  4. Innovation and Methodological Work Department: An idea generator that implements advanced educational methods and professional training.

  5. Art Literature Department: A collection of valuable books on art and culture, featuring over 3,000 retro items (vinyl records, cassettes). Hosts a Dombra club.

  6. Pre-school and Primary School Service Department: A creative area with "sand therapy," cartoons, and a fairy-tale corner designed as a traditional yurt.

  7. Middle and High School Service Department: Serving students in grades 5-9, teachers, and parents with classical and specialized literature.

  8. Main Collection Storage Department: Ensures the integrity and safety of publications through climate control and restoration work.

  9. Registration and Control Sector: The first point of contact—handling user registration, library cards, and initial guidance.
