As part of the festival, a book exhibition entitled “A Book Is a National Treasure” was organized and presented to visitors. The exhibition featured selected works of Kazakh and world literature, as well as educational, fiction, and contemporary books for children and teenagers.
In addition, a book fair featuring children’s and teenagers’ literature was organized with the participation of bookstores. During the fair, readers had the opportunity to discover new books and choose literature according to their interests.
A mass reading session was also held as part of the festival. Library readers and visitors took part in the event, choosing works they enjoyed and reading books together.
During the mass reading session, participants read excerpts from their favorite works and exchanged opinions about the books they had read. The event created a warm and free creative atmosphere, strengthening the connection between books and readers.
